Location

The village of Kato Drys has the perfect location to plan excursions in all Cyprus, close to many center of interest, several footpaths and cycling routes. It is at:

•  40 km from the airport and the town of Larnaca,
•  50 km from the cities of Nicosia an Limassol,
•  20 km from the coast line,
•  15 km from the prehistoric site of Khirokitia (7th millenium BC),
•  4 km from the convent of Agios Minas (18th century),
•  20 km from the monastery of Machairas (12th century, dedicated to the Holy Mary),
•  30 km from the monastery of Stavrovouni (15th century, wich has a part of the Holy Cross),
•  60 km from Kourion (one of the most spectacular archeological site of Cyprus)
•  or 70 km from the top of the Troodos mountain (fantastic itinery from Kato Drys passing through several traditional village in a wonderfull landscape).

How to get here

Direction from Larnaca airport:

Take the high way and follow the direction to Limassol (Lemessos). After 20 minutes into your journey (about 30 km from the airport), take the exit No.13 “Vavatsinia, Skarinou, Lefkara” and follow the direction to Lefkara. After 10 minutes driving up hill, turn left to Kato Drys direction. When you see the welcome sign at the entrance of the village on your right, slow down and take the little road on your left. After 200 meters, take the first road on your right and you will find a parking space right on your left. 

Walk up 20 meters in the little street showing PALATAKIA direction until a green door on your left where we will welcome you. As soon as you arrive at the parking, please contact us on +357 9913 9554 or +357 9993 4807

Direction from Paphos airport:

Take the high way and follow the direction to Limassol (Lemessos). After 1 hour into your journey (about 100 km from the airport), take the exit No.13 “Vavatsinia, Skarinou, Lefkara” and follow the direction to Lefkara. After 10 minutes driving up hill, turn left to Kato Drys direction. When you see the welcome sign at the entrance of the village on your right, slow down and take the little road on your left. After 200 meters, take the first road on your right and you will find a parking space right on your left.
